Toronto – July 22, 2022 – Every summer, Canadians across the country celebrate National Chicken Wing Day, July 29, by cooking up their favourite chicken wings, drumsticks, and other poultry products with friends, family, and neighbours.  
 
Chicken wings are one of the most popular meat products in Canada and chicken wing consumption has steadily increased over the last few years, to the point where Canadians experienced a brief chicken wing shortage during the COVID-19 pandemic due to high demand.

Whether you like your wings plain, sauced, or dry rubbed, National Chicken Wing Day is the ideal time to savour delicious, Canadian-made chicken wings.
