Calling all UFCW Local 247 members working at Supe Calling all UFCW Local 247 members working at Superstores and DCs in BC! We've been bargaining early with Loblaw since late last month. We've been keeping folks updated through store visits by our (biggest ever!) bargaining team and holding events in lunchrooms across the province.We've been sharing a lot of updates by email. Make sure you're getting them! And if you are so inclined, wear a button at work to support your union bargaining committee!
Over a decade ago, the Moose Hide Campaign launche Over a decade ago, the Moose Hide Campaign launched as a grassroots initiative led by Indigenous people to engage men and boys in the fight against violence towards women and children. Indigenous women and girls face a higher risk of being murdered, assaulted, or going missing compared to other women in Canada. We must continue to address the root causes of violence, including colonialism, racism, and misogyny.
