Thetford Mines, Que. – UFCW 500 member and CEGEP de Thetford student Ariane Dodier is the latest recipient of the BDM scholarship award which will help further her goal of studying law.

“As a humanities student the assistance provided by this scholarship will help in my pursuit of one day joining the legal profession”, says Dodier. “I am grateful for this opportunity that allows me to pursue and achieve my dreams.”

The UFCW Canada – BDM Scholarship offers a total of $18,000 in scholarships to UFCW Canada members and their families and is one of more than 25 union scholarships available to members and their relatives every year, totaling more than $300,000 in support.
