Toronto – July 27, 2021 – With the start of the new academic year fast approaching, UFCW Canada members and their family are reminded to apply for one of 18 scholarships valued at $1,000.

Every year, UFCW Canada offers 18 UFCW Canada – BDM Scholarships to active members and their family members to help with the rising costs of post-secondary education. Applying for the UFCW Canada – BDM Scholarship program is easy: no essay is required (that's right – NO ESSAY), and it only takes two minutes to apply online.

To draw in as many applicants as possible, UFCW Canada is offering one of two iPads as a part of its BDM Scholarship referral contest. One iPad will be awarded through a randomized draw while the other iPad will be awarded to the entrant who refers the most eligible students.
