Members at Swiss Water ratified their newly-negotiated contract on November 29th, 2018.

Swiss Water members were happy with the immediate improvements to wages and premiums, and most importantly, a good agreement was reached with good transition language that will help facilitate moving to a brand-new facility in the next 10 to 24 months.

There will be many months of training new and existing Swiss Water employees. The new facility will have a completely different operating system, so even current employees will go through months of training.

The transition language the Union negotiated will make sure employees do not lose any hours, benefits, or wages as they help the Company move to a more modern plant.
