Your Union advised the Company of this strong mandate and requested the Company to return to the bargaining table for further talks.
The Loblaw Retail Bargaining Committee has agreed to return to the table, and further negotiation dates are now scheduled for May 30 & 31.
The Loblaw Distribution Centre Committee has indicated that they have put their best foot forward and their last final offer represented the highest total labour costs for DCs in Canada. They will not commit to changing their last presented offer and will await the Retail discussions before taking any further action.
