Union advised by Labour Relations that communications have now been sent out to the store to begin the Part Time cross training that was negotiated in our new collective agreement.

The process will be posted and huddled to advise that there will be an application window for Part Time Cross Training.  This will be carried out through Workday and every Part Time colleague can apply through their Workday profile if interested.  The intent is to start Part Time Cross Training on November 13, 2022.    Each store might be different in their needs for this program and may have a different roll out.
