Arbitrator David McPhillips will hear oral submissions on July 15 as part of the Final Offer Selection arbitration hearing between UFCW Local 247 and Sobeys to settle terms for a new contract in former Safeway stores that are converting to FreshCo stores. The parties will both submit their final offer positions on June 14 and then each will have the opportunity to provide a written reply to the other's position on June 28. 

We would expect a decision rather quickly and will post updates as the issue progresses.
