We are looking forward to welcoming our union members and their children to this year's Children's Christmas Party events being offered at various locations across our province.

In the Lower Mainland, our now traditional event is hosted by UFCW Locals 247 & 1518 and will take place on Monday December 5, 2022 at the Burnaby Village Museum – 6501 Deer Lake Avenue, Burnaby.

The Museum will be decorated in its seasonal and festive splendor! There will be entertainment, refreshments, and surprises for children 12yrs of age and younger. Remember to dress warm!

Registration is required and limited to UFCW members and their dependants. This is to ensure that as many members as possible can attend.

No tickets will be issued once registered. When arriving to the event, members must sign in at the registration desk located at the Burnaby Village Museum's main entrance.

In addition, UFCW Local 247 is proud to announce that we are expanding on our Children's Christmas Movie events that were first offered last year, on Vancouver Island and the Okanagan.

This year, our members and their dependant children are invited to enjoy Disney’s “Strange World” on Monday December 5 at 4:30pm, by registering for one of the following five event locations:

Courtenay Landmark Cinemas: 2655 Cliffe Avenue

Kamloops Cineplex: Aberdeen Mall, 700 – 1320 West Trans Canada Highway

Kelowna Cineplex: Orchard Plaza, 160 – 1876 Cooper Road

Prince George Cineplex: 172 – 1600 15th Avenue

Victoria Cineplex: 3130 Tillicum Road

Registration also closes November 30 and is limited to UFCW Local 247 members and their dependants. For these movie events, we will e-mail you an event voucher for your family on December 3^rd; it will be required to enter the theater. Once inside the theater, members must sign in and show ID at the registration table near the concession.
