We have been advised by the UFCW 247 Benefit Trust Fund Administrators that they are currently experiencing technical difficulties with the pay-direct prescription drug provider, resulting in our members being unable to use their benefit cards at their pharmacy. The Administrators are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, members can submit claims for reimbursement online or via email.
