Loblaw Superstore 30-hour guarantee form available to download here

30-hour guarantee Loblaw Superstore has started approaching all members who currently have 28 hour guarantees to fill out the form requesting the 30-hour guarantee.  The form should be distributed by management and there is a deadline of July 22th (14 days from date of ratification) to have completed forms handed in. The form can be downloaded here.
