The Prudent Benefit Trust Fund Administrators are pleased to announce a significant update regarding the implementation of Drawbridge, the new system designed to enhance member services. Following a successful registration process, Drawbridge is now fully operational.

Registration Process:

• Members who have previously provided their emails have received registration emails.
• For members accessing union benefits who have not received emails, registration cards will be mailed out with the explanation of benefits (EOB).
• Union bulletin boards will be updated with posters containing QR codes and instructions on how to register

Plan Enhancement:

• The Trustees of the 247 Benefit Trust Fund have approved a plan enhancement regarding eligible pharmacies.
• Members can now receive reimbursement at 100% of the cost of prescriptions up to the yearly maximum of $2000.00.
• The plan will now process prescription drugs at 100% up to the yearly maximum at all Loblaw and affiliated pharmacies, including Extra Foods, YIG, No Frills, Loblaws, Superstore, Loblaw City Market, and Shoppers Drug Mart.
• This enhancement provides members with the added convenience of accessing their prescriptions at more pharmacies.
