After every ratification, there is an implementation period which is needed for the Company to ensure their systems teams align properly with the accepted changes.
For all pre-ratification employees, Seniority Hours as of the date of ratification (July 10th, 2022) converted to a fixed Seniority Date has now been completed by the Company per the newly ratified Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Going forward, schedules will be sorted based on Seniority Date and not Seniority Hours.
For new hires, your seniority date will be the same as your hire date.
