BC Tree Fruit Town Hall and Ratification Meetings- Updated with Memorandum

On Monday November 23rd  we will be holding two (2) Town Hall meetings to explain the changes to the collective agreement and answer any questions members may have prior to the ratification votes. They will take place at 11 am and 7 pm and we would ask that members participate in only one of the Town Hall calls.  Just like with the regular General Membership Town Hall Meetings, all you have to do is answer your phone to be on the call. Tree Fruit members will receive an automated message call this Friday, reminding them of the explanation Town Hall. If you do not receive the call on monday for the meeting, you can still participate by dialing 1.877.229.8493, and then entering 116389

Members can view the Memorandum of Settlement by clicking here-  BCTF_MOA.pdf

The explanations given are for reference only and will be explained during the town hall calls.

The Ratification meetings will be held over the following two days after the town hall call and are scheduled as follows:

November 24 – KELOWNA 11 am – 6 pm Kanata Inns, 2429 Hwy 97 Kelowna
November 25 – OLIVER 11 am – 6 pm Canadian Legion, 6417 Main St, Oliver

The memorandum document will be available to view or print this friday evening. There will be a posting on the ufcw247.com website and members will be able to click on a link to open the document. They can then choose to save it, print it, or just view it and follow along during the meeting.
