Sobey’s Bargaining Survey – Safeway

Collective bargaining is a process used by employers and unions to reach an agreement regarding terms and conditions of employment.

Our job is to present your priorities to your employer and try to get the strongest and fairest deal possible for our members.

All union members employed at Safeway, in the meat, deli, and seafood departments, have the opportunity to contribute to the creation of bargaining proposals through a survey. 

A strong collective agreement requires a collective effort!
