Las Vegas, Nevada  — More than 2,000 UFCW delegates and activists from across North America gathered in Las Vegas as the UFCW 9^th Regular Convention kicked off on April 24.

The theme of the 9^th Regular Convention is A Better Future.

Taking place every five years, UFCW delegates from across Canada and the United States assembled to debate issues and pass resolutions, make amendments to the International Constitution, and elect International Officers.

Throughout the convention, UFCW Canada programs, resources, videos, and publications will be featured at a UFCW Canada display area in the convention’s Unity Hall. UFCW Canada activists will also be presenting at several delegate education workshops throughout the week.

The convention also provides an opportunity for delegates to connect with one another and share their pride in being a UFCW member.
