Toronto – March 25, 2022 – With the spring season upon us, UFCW Canada is launching an exciting new webinar series aimed at helping UFCW members maintain and improve their mental health in Year Three of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Join UFCW Canada this April and May for the Mental Health Today webinar series, where we will welcome Jack Veitch of the Canadian Mental Health Association (CHMA) to talk about “what mental health means today.”
With the coronavirus pandemic entering its third year, most of us are done with COVID-19, but the virus isn’t quite done with us yet. The three Mental Health Today webinar sessions will discuss this reality and will also feature candid conversations with Jack about pressing mental health issues and questions.
The webinar series will include three 45-minute evening sessions on April 5, 19, and May 3, 2022 from 7:00 – 7:45 pm EST. The webinars will be streamed on Facebook Live and will be available to all UFCW members, family members, and interested allies.
