Union and Sobeys Agree on FOS Dates
UFCW Local 247 and Sobeys have confirmed dates for a Final Offer Selection (FOS) hearing to resolve the negotiations that began last October. The parties will first present argument on May 20 on a preliminary issue and then full submissions to be made and argued on June 25 and 26. Both processes will be heard by Arbitrator John B Hall.
