Important info for union members working for Loblaw

The union has just been notified that Loblaw has a new procedure for employees to advise the company of a change to their address. 

You no longer need to call the Colleague Info Centre, but instead log in to “Workday”.  Workday is the program that Loblaw now has that employees can use to change their address, their availability, request time off, check their paystubs, etc.

The union appreciates the number of members who contact us to advise of a change in address, and a friendly reminder that if you work for a Loblaw company, you need to update your address in Workday, as follows: 

• Login to Workday
• Search for "change contact information"
• Change the required address by clicking on the "pencil icon"
• Click on SUBMIT
