Confirmed new availability and 2 week schedule timelines

New availability system and 2 week schedule effective August 7th with the following applicable deadlines:

          •             New availabilities submitted prior to July 23rd at noon will be effective for the 2 week schedule posted Aug 3 for the weeks of Aug 7th and Aug 14th.
          •             Availability forms submitted after July 23 but prior to July 30 at noon, will be effective for the 2 week schedule posted Aug 14th and Aug 21st.
          •             With moving to 2 week schedules, it results in a larger change notice period.

 Examples:

          •             Submit availability by July 23 – Effective Aug 7
          •             Submit availability by July 30 – Effective Aug 14
          •             Submit availability by Aug 6 – Effective Aug 21
